Financial

The fee for endodontic therapy is determined by the complexity of the tooth being treated. When endodontic microsurgery is needed or becomes indicated during or after endodontic therapy, an additional fee may be charged. Consultation fees are due at the time of consultation. Our fee includes consultation, treatment plan, quoted procedures, and follow-up care.

It is the policy of this office that fees for treatment can be paid as follows:

• Payment in full at time of treatment with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or CareCredit.

• If you have insurance coverage, we require half of the fee be paid up front at the completion of treatment.

Insurance

We are in network with most insurance companies. If your insurance company is not listed, please contact our office for assistance. Our knowledgeable staff will verify your insurance coverage and financial responsibilty, which will be due at the time of  treatment.
